Having initially bought our investment property at 27 Boraga St, Pemulwuy in May 2008, our close friends Mark and Monique Savage advised us that they were extremely happy with your office whilst selling their Greystanes property through Leanne. Thus, we gave Philip a call and his team serviced our needs efficiently and effectively whilst keeping our property always leased.

Earlier this year, due to financial contraits we were forced to sell our Pemulwuy investment property and had the pleasure of dealing with Leanne. Having heard so much about her, we were cautious of expecting to much...boy did she exceed her expectations !!!

Leanne's professionalism and her ability to remain calm and controlled whilst we dealt with a tenant who would not grant us access for sale helped ease the pain of not getting buyers through the property. However, once the tenants moved out, the property was sold within a week and I can't thank her enough for dealing with such a stressful situation and still delivering such a fast sale.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Laing & Simmons for selling my property at an excellent price at 117 Wentworth Avenue, Wentworthville. The agent I liased with was Leanne Ollerenshaw, who has performed beyond well above my expectations. Leanne was professional and competent, she has a vast knowledge of the best way to market and sell a property, and she has an intimate knowledge of the Wentworthville area which is essential in ensuring success in selling my property. Leanne was aware that recently I had a setback in an auction (with a different agent) in which my (other) house acheived no bids.
She tried to reassure me by providing inspection feedback regularly and working hard to find prospective bidders to bid on my house.

Come auction time, the bidding was intensive and Leanne and her team of expertise agents tried hard to encourage bidders to put in more bids to secure the property. She indicated to me a realistic reserve which I took into account when I set the reserve. In the end the auction went for a good 30 mins and the final price was some $45k above reserve. I was most impressed and surprised at the result and could not recommend a better real estate agent to deal with.

Again, my deep appreciation to Leanne, her excellent team members and also the superb auctioneer skills of Wayne, made the goal of achieving a good sale price happen. All the best to your business.
